The [Burn] ticks every 2s, damaging targets by 1.5% of their MAX HP per tick (up to 200% ATK). Also damages all of the target's allies in a 6m radius by 0.75% of their MAX HP per tick (up to 200% ATK).
Repeats 3 times instead, if Brandis has [Burn] debuffs. Can target the same enemy multiple times.
