Spawns a Shocksphere that follows Taranis, lasting 10s.
The Shocksphere attacks 1 random enemy in a 15m radius around Taranis, from a distance of 9m, every 1s, dealing 48 damage per hit. Each hit casts a [Shock] debuff on the target, lasting 2s. Shocked targets cannot move or use Skills, and take increased damage from attacks (125%), but their Skill Cooldowns will behave as normal.
The [Shock] debuff from the Shocksphere attacks will not be cast on the same target twice within 7s.
Deals 50% more damage to targets that are immune to [Shock] debuffs.
